After your order has been processed, estimated delivery is typically 7–20 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

FurAway is not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
